Slicing

The preparation of a consumer-friendly final product as the last stage in cheese production is achieved with special machines. All kinds o f cheese whether it is soft or hard cheeses, e.g. Mozzarella or Gouda, can be cut in different ways:

  • Portioning
  • Dicing
  • Grating
  • Slicing

Semi-automatic or fully automatic machines can be used for cutting slices. Optionally they also can be equipped with a stacking device for shingling and stacking the cut product.
